HR Manager (maternity leave cover)

 We are looking for an HR Manager to cover a maternity leave to join our team in Madrid.


  • Provide HR advice, support, and guidance across a range of issues including the hiring process, retention, remuneration, compensation and benefits, performance management, development, employee relations, and engagement.

  • Develop, implement and coordinate HR policies, procedures, and practices that allow the business to work more efficiently.

  • Manage the day to day and provide effective guidance to HRBP and area directors on employee relations issues and ensure effective resolution.

  • Supervise the progress of hiring process with each HRBP

  • Coordinate and facilitate the Development & Training Plan for each business area end to end in conjunction with the HRBP and the area directors.

  • Manage the Culture department to support employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that company values and behaviors are incorporated and embedded.

  • Manage and coordinate the Culture & Talent Management team, composed of 5 people.


  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related

  • +6 years substantial generalist operational HR experience, experience in a specialist HR discipline (e.g. C&B, L&D) is desirable.

  • Availability from September full time.

  • Employee relations and labor law knowledge.

  • Fluent English and Spanish is required.

  • Innovation and digital transformation experience will be desirable.

  • Champions continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Understanding of agile and open innovation methodologies.

  • Inspires results and respect through empowerment, accountability recognition and rewards.

  • Strong relationship builder, convincing negotiator, and problem solver.

  • Goal, details, and client-oriented.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and comfortable facilitating.

  • Teamwork: the capacity for work and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Tolerance: willing to work with people of different cultures, ages, and professions with the purpose of generating and maintaining a good working environment.
