Role:
At Opinno we are looking for a Head of Transformation to join our team leading the Corporate Transformation discipline. If you are capable of transforming businesses through people and culture, designing new training models and corporate viralization mechanisms, amongst others, and leading a team, this is your opportunity.
As our Head of Transformation you will find the below  challenges:

  • Positioning the company as a model in the discipline
  • Assuring business development in the discipline through the generation of new leads and business opportunities and the support in the production of commercial proposals for identified challenges
  • Developing own methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Executing projects from expertise of the discipline
  • Leading, developing, and mentoring a team
  • Developing and dynamizing an internal community around the discipline


Responsibilities:

  • Positioning of the discipline
    • Position the business as a model in the field
    • Develop a channel of knowledge to generate a community through high-value content (papers, articles, LinkedIn content, trends, canvas, diagnostic tools, etc.)
    • Participate in relevant events (presentations, talks, etc.) as well as attending as a speaker
  • Business development of the discipline in existing and new clients
    • Generate a network of contacts, identify potential clients and new business opportunities, and support in business development meetings
    • Proactively generate new offerings and business opportunities to clients and non-clients
    • Generate commercial proposals from discipline expertise: proposal focus, work plan, budget, timeline, etc.
  • Develop the skills of your team
    • Give career follow-ups and mentor team members specializing in the discipline
    • Assure knowledge transfer of the discipline to the rest of the non-specialized team
    • Identify the team’s skill level needs relating to the discipline and develop trainings for their development
  • Delivery of discipline projects or other items to:
    • Be able to execute projects from expertise, and contribute to the team with techniques, tools, methods, and good practices
    • Assure the continuous improvement of projects through the integration of learning and contribution of new methods, tools, and best practices
  • Development of own methodology and an internal community
  • Generate own knowledge of the discipline: methodologies, tools, trends, action plans, and best practices
  • Generate, dynamize, and update our internal community about agility


Requerimientos:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organization transformation, with focus on the training, dynamization, and viralization (and culture?)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as trainer, coach, and/or workshop facilitator
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multidisciplinary team leadership and motivation
  • Profound knowledge of training models, dynamic design, and workshops, amongst others
  • Profound knowledge and demonstrable experience with methods and practices of Agile/Lean and of innovation such as: Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, SAFe, Lean Management, Liderazgo, etc.
  • Ability to present, collaborate, have dialogue, and cause change at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for developing people
  • Organized and able to make decisions
  • Proactive, oriented toward problem resolution and analytical thought
  • Excellent teamwork skills, very oriented toward collaboration and with the ability to work in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments
  • Advanced level of English
