We are looking for a part-time HelpDesk Intern to join our team in Madrid.

 

Responsibilities

· Design, implementation and testing of different IT solutions.

· Development and maintenance of the company communication networks.

· Work within an agile environment with strong attention to detail.

· Clear communication with the internal clients, to analyze their requirements and set a strategy, coordinating the development team in order to satisfy the clients’ needs.

 

Requirements

· Desirable previous professional experience as HelpDesk support (having collaborated with consultancy companies is a plus).

· Professional knowledge of networks and systems (Windows, Linux and Mac)

· Problem solving and decision making skills.

· Used to an agile and changing environment.
