Main tasks:

  • Customer and candidate support through phone and face to face at the office (in spanish and english).
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Supporting on the maintenance of the office facilities.
  • Responsible for the office messaging (including going to the correspondent postal service office).
  • Weekly working shift: 28H.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Thursday 10H to 14H / 15H to 17H. Friday: 10 to 14H.


  • Excel advanced user.
  • Intermediate level of English (B1-B2 Certifications).
  • Previous experience as recepcionist is a plus.
