- Customer and candidate support through phone and face to face at the office (in spanish and english).
- Administrative tasks.
- Supporting on the maintenance of the office facilities.
- Responsible for the office messaging (including going to the correspondent postal service office).
- Weekly working shift: 28H.
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday 10H to 14H / 15H to 17H. Friday: 10 to 14H.
- Excel advanced user.
- Intermediate level of English (B1-B2 Certifications).
- Previous experience as recepcionist is a plus.
