We are looking for a Recruitment Technician to join our amazing Talent Management team in Madrid.
- Collaborate in the recruitment & selection initiatives across the different areas of the company along the relevant phases of the process:
1) Creation of job descriptions 2) Publish vacancies 3) Filter candidates 4) Send/check technical tests 5) Carry out telephone and face to face interviews 6) Active search of candidates
- Create and implement new ways to attract talent helping to grow our employer branding in schools, universities, etc.
- In collaboration with the HR team, carry out and analyze metrics to detect organization improvements and help to implement better recruitment and selection practices.
- Support the identification of the skill set in the existing workforce in order to determine key positions as well as content to determine the right position grades.
- University/College degree in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in recruitment (consultancy environment will be highly valued)
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- High-level knowledge of MS Office.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and proactivity
- Ability to work as a team.
- Knowledge of digital and collaborative work tools (Drive, Trello, Jira, etc)
- Immediate availability to start.
