Solutions division we accelerate problems with technology solutions, covering different projects such as design, digital strategy, development and living labs.We are looking for a Technical and Maintenance support to join our team in Madrid.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Computer skills (S.O. Windows, Microsoft office, networks and communications, user management, DA…)
  • Reception and resolution of requests/issues from employees. Everything will be requested through Jira/HelpDesk.
  • Transmit, analyze and be aligned with the technical department, especially with software development.
  • Management, maintenance and configuration of computer systems, such as: switches, routers and access points..
  • Installation and maintenance of computer software and hardware.
  • Management of Opinno’s equipment inventory.
  • Management of equipment’s orders if needed.
  • Management and installation of computer networks and working places.
  • Responsible for the communication with technical support.
  • Technical advice
  • Active Directory

 

Requirements:

  • Studies required: FP Higher Level or Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as first level technical support.
  • Used to manage inventory.
  • Working with tools like Jira would be a plus.
  • We are looking for a proactive and problem solver person.
