We are looking for a specialist in communication and organization of events to manage 

and energize a space of incubator taking care of the execution and management of events and communication of the same ones

.

 

Functions:

Dynamization, management and coordination of space activities:

  • Dynamization of the incubator space: execution of the program of activities.
  • Connector and facilitator of activities to be organized in space.
  • Space host: Art of Housting activities to engage startups in the activities of incubator.
  • Coordinating staffing and coworkers requirements.

 

Activities Program:

  • Analysis of the local, national, european entrepreneur ecosystem. 
  • Identifying and securing speakers, startups and experts.
  • Support of suppliers research: catering, technical and graphic production, etc.
  • Logistics of speakers and assistants.
  • Support in the production of internal events.
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every event.
  • Carry out actions to attract attendees to events.
  • Communication materials for events.
  • Participant satisfaction analysis.

 

Capture of startups and entrepreneurs for coworking

 

 Communication

  • Creation of editorial calendar and management of social networks of incubator. 
  • Updating of the contents of the web.
  • Creation of communication materials for influencers and media.
  • Newsletters: management of shipments and analysis of results.
  • Sending newsletters and analyzing results.
  • Segmentation of audiences and management of communication channels.
  • Scouting of local, national and international startups.
  • Community management.

 

Requirements

  • Studies related to Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
  • 3 years of experience in organization of events or dynamization of spaces.
  • Knowledge of Startups’ ecosystem and latest energy trends.
  • Proactive and dynamic actirude.
  • Strong analytical skills, capacity to develop digital strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Organized, skilled in planning and meeting deadlines and complying with established budgets.
  • Detail and results oriented.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (networks, content management).
  • High English and Catalan level (C1).
